Which
ADSL should I have and how much will it cost?
The two versions of ADSL are one for home and small businesses
users, with one or two computers and the other is for business users with
larger networks. It is available either as wires-only (DIY installation) or
as a ready-installed version.
ADSL
500 Lite – Designed for home/small business users
Features: 512K download speed/256K Upload Speed 50:1 Contention Ratio for
bandwidth. Cost (wires only): £60+VAT (£70.50 inc. VAT) installation
fee (£40.00 if from another ISP). £25+VAT (£29.39) per month.
Installed cost: £90+VAT (£105.75 inc. VAT) installation + £35
(inc.) per month
ADSL 1000/2000 Lite – A wires-only 1Mbps down and 256K up version is available as above, but at £40.00 (£45.00 installed) monthly inc. VAT. 2Mb/s down is now available for only £50.00 (£55.00 installed) inclusive.
